Baron Bicester, of Tusmore in the County of Oxford, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 29 June 1938 for the businessman Vivian Hugh Smith. the title is held by his grandson, the fourth Baron, who succeeded his brother in 2014. The Barons Bicester are related to the Barons Carrington. The first Baron Bicester's great-grandfather, John Smith MP, was the youngest brother of Robert Smith, 1st Baron Carrington.
